About Clemmie
Clementine Pellew-Harvey (Clemmie), is a qualified Nutritional Therapist currently based in London. She received her extensive training and education from the esteemed College of Naturopathic Medicine in Kings Cross and is a member of BANT.
Food should be enjoyable.
As a Nutritionist and, more importantly, a mum, Clemmie understands the power of food in shaping a child’s lifelong relationship with eating. Her philosophy is simple: food should be enjoyable, nourishing, and never a battleground.
In her book, How to Talk to Kids About Nutrition, Clemmie shares practical, science-backed strategies to help parents foster positive eating habits in their children—without stress, bribery, or battles over broccoli.
Through her online 1:1 consultations, she works with families to create realistic, balanced approaches to nutrition that fit busy lives. From fussy eaters to developing a love for wholesome food, Clemmie empowers parents to raise confident, happy eaters.
Beyond family nutrition, Clemmie has worked with a broad range of clients, from high-profile individuals to everyday families seeking sustainable health. She also collaborates with The Kyros Project, leading nutrition clinics in prestigious locations such as Harrods and Google DeepMind, using cutting-edge biomedical testing to provide data-driven health insights.
Clemmie’s mission is to make food a source of joy and nourishment for all—especially the next generation.
